Our Approach
- We prefer face-to-face meetings, otherwise we deal with our clients via phone. Although conveyancing work can largely be correspondence-based. If you’re unwell and unable to visit our city-centre office, we can visit you at home or hospital.
- We take the time to understand your needs, what matters to you and your specific circumstances to achieve the outcome that is right for you.
- We speak in plain English and without all the emotion and drama that can come with complex or stressful cases.
- One of our partners or senior solicitors will deal with your file from start to finish. And you may also deal with one of our knowledgeable personal assistants, who serve as our additional ears and eyes.
- Our communication style is open, honest and calming. Some of our clients come to us in a stressful state but we’re quick to give them peace of mind. That’s because we have the know-how to deliver on even the most complex legal scenarios.
