With over 33 years of expertise, Andrew proudly continues his family’s legacy as the fourth-generation solicitor at Hutchinson & Buchanan.

Andrew’s focus lies in property law, spanning residential and commercial conveyancing, including agricultural transactions for local farming enterprises. His proficiency extends to advising both landlords and tenants on leasehold matters.

Beyond property, Andrew excels in estate planning, will preparation, and trust administration, offering invaluable inheritance tax planning guidance. Additionally, he handles the intricate processes of Lasting and General Powers of Attorney, alongside the registration of existing Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Richard Storey

Meet Richard, a distinguished partner renowned for his expertise in estate planning, will preparation, and trust administration, coupled with invaluable inheritance tax guidance.

Richard’s proficiency extends to navigating the complexities of Powers of Attorney, including Lasting and General varieties, and overseeing the registration of existing Enduring Powers of Attorney.

He frequently handles various Court of Protection applications and provides strategic advice on care home fees planning.

In addition to his estate-focused work, Richard adeptly manages residential conveyancing transactions, facilitating seamless sales and purchases.

A proud member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Richard’s dedication to excellence is further underscored by his former trusteeship at the Ripon & District Citizens Advice Bureau.

Jasmine Diedrick

Jasmine primarily represents Claimants, but occasionally takes on Defendant work. She offers flexible consultation options, tailored to suit the specifics of each case.

In certain instances, she operates on a NO WIN, NO FEE basis, ensuring accessibility to justice.
